Who We Are

FullMats (accessible at fullmats.app) is a product of Torres Global 369, LLC. When we say "FullMats," "we," "us," or "our" in this policy, we mean Torres Global 369, LLC operating under the FullMats brand.

FullMats provides an AI-powered front desk for martial arts gyms: an assistant that answers questions and books trial classes, and an owner app where the gym sees its trials and conversations ("the Service").

Information We Collect

We collect information in a few different ways:

Information you provide directly:

• Name, email address, phone number, and gym name when you request a demo or sign up
• The gym details you give us when you set up the Service, such as your schedule, prices and policies
• Email addresses of the gym owners and staff who sign in to the owner app
• Billing information (processed by Stripe; we do not store credit card numbers)
• Any information you provide in communications with us

Information collected through the Service:

• Messages exchanged between your gym's prospects or members and the AI assistant ("Alex") on connected channels, such as website chat, Instagram and Facebook Messenger
• Contact information shared during those conversations (name, phone number, email)
• Trial booking and attendance data
• Channel and conversion analytics

Information collected automatically:

• Device and browser information when visiting our website
• IP address and general location data
• Usage data and interaction patterns with our website

How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service
• To process trial bookings, send reminders, and follow up with prospects on behalf of your gym
• To generate analytics and reporting in your owner dashboard
• To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support
• To process payments and manage billing
• To comply with legal obligations

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in these circumstances:

• Service providers: We use these companies to run FullMats. They access data only as needed to provide their service to us.
  • SendPulse runs the chat on each channel and stores the full conversations.
  • Anthropic provides the AI model that writes Alex's replies, so it receives the conversation text. It also reads the answers a gym gives when it signs up, to draft that gym's setup.
  • Railway hosts the owner app and its database: trials, the questions students asked for the owner, the list of conversations, requests to change Alex, and owner and staff accounts with their sign-in records (including IP addresses).
  • Google keeps a backup copy of trial bookings and of the questions students asked for the owner (Google Sheets), and our support email arrives in Gmail.
  • Namecheap forwards email sent to our fullmats.app addresses.
  • Modal runs the automation that records bookings and sends alerts.
  • Resend sends alert and sign-in emails, and sends a gym's signup answers to our team.
  • Slack carries alerts to our team: when a student asks for a person, when a gym signs up, and when an owner asks to change Alex.
  • Vercel hosts this website and the signup form. Its storage provider, Upstash, keeps a gym's signup answers for 30 days to build the gym's demo.
  • Stripe processes payments.
  • Twilio sends text messages, for gyms that use them.
• Gym owners: If you are a prospect or member interacting with Alex, your conversation data and contact information are shared with the gym you contacted. The gym is the data controller for that interaction.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

Text Messages

A gym using FullMats texts only people who agreed to receive texts from that gym, for example when booking a free trial. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Data Retention

We keep your data while your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you cancel your account, we will delete or anonymize your gym's data, including its conversations, within 90 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.

The full text of each conversation with Alex is stored with SendPulse. Our owner app keeps a short record of each one (the person's name, the channel, the dates and their latest message) so the gym can see its conversations. Both are kept while the gym's subscription is active.

If you chatted with a gym's assistant and want your conversation and contact details deleted, email us at hello@fullmats.app or ask the gym, and we will delete them from our systems. Copies the gym keeps itself, such as alert emails it received, are the gym's to delete.

Data Security

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure API authentication, and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of marketing communications
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format

AI Disclosure

FullMats uses artificial intelligence to power its conversational assistant ("Alex"). Alex is designed to disclose that she is an AI assistant when directly asked. Conversations with Alex are recorded and used to provide the Service, including analytics, follow-ups, and reporting to the gym owner.

Third-Party Platforms

The Service works with third-party messaging platforms, such as Instagram and Facebook Messenger. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective privacy policies. We encourage you to review those policies separately.

Children's Privacy

FullMats is not directed at individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
