FullMats provides AI-powered front desk and lead management services for martial arts gyms ("the Service").

• Messages exchanged between your gym's prospects/members and the AI assistant ("Alex") across connected channels (Instagram, Facebook Messenger, website chat, WhatsApp, TikTok)
• Prospect and member contact information shared during conversations (name, phone number, email)

• Channel and conversion analytics

Information collected automatically:

• Device and browser information when visiting our website
• IP address and general location data
• Usage data and interaction patterns with our website

How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service
• To process trial bookings, send reminders, and follow up with prospects on behalf of your gym
• To generate analytics and reporting in your owner dashboard
• To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support
• To process payments and manage billing

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in these circumstances:

• Service providers: We use third-party services to operate FullMats, including SendPulse (chatbot and messaging), Twilio (SMS), Google Workspace (data storage), and our payment processor. These providers access data only as needed to perform services on our behalf.
• Gym owners: If you are a prospect or member interacting with Alex, your conversation data and contact information are shared with the gym you contacted. The gym is the data controller for that interaction.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you cancel your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.

Conversation data between prospects/members and Alex is retained for the duration of the gym's active subscription to provide analytics and reporting.

Data Security

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure API authentication, and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of marketing communications
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format

AI Disclosure

FullMats uses artificial intelligence to power its conversational assistant ("Alex"). Alex is designed to disclose that she is an AI assistant when directly asked. Conversations with Alex are recorded and used to provide the Service, including analytics, follow-ups, and reporting to the gym owner.

Third-Party Platforms

The Service integrates with third-party messaging platforms (Instagram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, TikTok). Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective privacy policies. We encourage you to review those policies separately.

Children's Privacy

FullMats is not directed at individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.
